1. What are SpiritCups?

SpiritCups are 18-ounce, durable plastic cups. Not flimsy paper, styrofoam, or plastic throw-away cups. Not easily broken, bendable, nor destroyed---you will enjoy your SpiritCups for years to come. SpiritCups feature your favorite team, and one-of-a-kind 3-D holographic designs. SpiritCups are made in the U.S.A. The cups are recyclable, and BPA-free. Four cups of the same team are packed in each set. SpiritCups are dishwasher safe, when washed on the top shelf.

2. What teams do you feature?

We offer all 32 NFL teams, all 30 MLB teams and over 90 Colleges.

3. Do you sell lids for your cups?

No, we do not offer lids. SpiritCups are not recommended for hot drinks.

4. Are your cups dishwasher safe? Microwave safe?

SpiritCups are dishwasher safe (top shelf recommended), but not microwave safe.

5. Are SpiritCups BPA-free?

Yes! SpiritCups are Bisphenol A-free and recyclable.

6. Can SpiritCups be frozen?

This is not recommended due to possible cup cracking.

7. I do not see my favorite team or college offered

We often get asked why we do not offer certain colleges, NBA, NHL teams, or NASCAR cups. For every product we offer, our company is an official licensee. 8. What is my organization's earning potential?

The cost of each SpiritCups 4-pack is $15. At a minimum, your organization will earn $5.00 profit from each 4-pack sold. If your organization sells 1-499 packs, you will earn $5.00 profit/pack sold. 500-999 packs sold equals $5.50 profit/pack sold. And for orders of 1000 packs or more, your organization will earn $6.00 profit for every pack sold.

9. Do I have to purchase inventory upfront to use the SpiritCups fundraiser?

There are no up-front costs or risks to your organization. Our program runs on a pre-sale basis, meaning that your participants collect all of the money for their orders at the point of sale, prior to you submitting your total sales to us. No need to worry about how many purchased products you have to sell, or meeting lofty sales quotas that are all too common with other fundraising programs.

10. Should I order sample SpiritCups for my fundraiser's participants?

The overwhelming answer is YES! Sample cups are proven to increase sales. The high-quality and value of SpiritCups sell themselves! Have your participants take them around the neighborhood, to the office, to the practice field, and to game days - everyone LOVES them! Take the SpiritCups wherever you go and watch the orders roll in.

11. Can I pick and choose select teams for my SpiritCups sample pack?

You may select the teams for your SpiritCups sample packs. SpiritCups come in packs of four of the same team

12. I am not involved in a fundraising group. Can I buy SpiritCups directly from your company?

At SpiritCups our company only processes orders directly from organizations using our fundraiser. Our goal is to help those organizations reach their fundraising goals! Processing orders only from official SpiritCups fundraising organizations ensures they receive their fundraising profit. Please contact the organization that was using the SpiritCups fundraiser in your area and ask them to consider placing an additional order with us!

13. Can your company do a custom cup with our logo on it?

Our company's research shows that for the best fundraising profit, organizations have greater success selling our licensed products because your customers want to buy their favorite professional or college teams. Orders



15. How do I place my organization's master order online?

It is easy--go to the "Place your Master Online" page. Login with your customer ID and password. Place your master order using categories on the left and add items to your shopping cart. Review your shopping cart and then check out. Review your final order and submit.

16. I forgot my customer ID or password, how can I retrieve it?

When placing your master order you will be asked to sign in. Click on "Forgot Your Password." Provide your Customer ID and the Password will be emailed to the fundraising coordinator who started the program. If you have forgot Customer ID & Password, please call our customer service: 888-825-9339.

17. Can I collate my master order online?

To minimize error, we recommend collating your order before placing online. While placing your order online, our shopping cart process does allow orders to be edited and added to by using the continue shopping button.

18. What payment types do you accept online?

We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX & Disc), e-checks, check / money order, and school purchase order.

19. Our organization received samples, how do we make payment?

If your organization received sample cups at the start of your fundraiser, you may make payment online when placing your master order or send payment with the master order form. Orders placed which have an outstanding sample cup balance will not ship until payment is made. Contact customer service if you have questions at 888-825-9339

20. How long will it take for my organization to receive the final order?

Once your organization submits the master order form, and payment is verified, cups will ship within 2-3 weeks.

21. My organization wants product back before the Holidays, when should I place the final order?

22. I received a payment error, what could be the problem?

Please verify your payment information. If you are making payment using Visa Debit, please verify your daily limit amount with your bank (this is a common payment error for orders over $500 / 50 packs). Please contact our customer care team if you have questions at 888-825-9339

23. Will sales tax be added to organization orders?

At this time 11 states are required to pay sales tax, for more information click here.

24. Is there a shipping and handling fee?

Orders above 48 items qualify for FREE shipping! Orders with less than 48 items will be charged a $30 for shipping and handling.

25. I ordered the wrong SpiritCups pack, can I return the pack and swap it for the correct one?

Yes, you can. Please return the product and enclose a Return and Exchange form Download the Return and Exchange form here

26. I've already submitted my Master Order, but I'm interested in ordering additional cups. How do I place an additional order?

If you've already placed your Master order but want to order more SpiritCups, please call our Customer Care team at 888-825-9339 within 45 days, and we will waive any additional shipping & handling.
